From your buying brief to export shipment
Start with your destination, preferred models and quantity. We use that brief to check sourcing options, confirm vehicle information and agree the commercial and export arrangements for your order.
01 / Six steps
The buying process
- 01
Tell us your market
Share your country or region, destination port if known, buyer type, models and quantity. Include the import requirements you need the vehicles to meet and your preferred buying timeline.
- 02
Build a model plan
We check the vehicles and quantities that can be proposed for your enquiry. Review the specification, registration information and individual vehicle details before moving ahead.
- 03
Review the vehicle evidence
Ask for the inspection records, photos and videos available for the selected vehicles. Check the mileage, findings, disclosed defects and vehicle-document status. Raise any questions before confirming the selection.
- 04
Agree the contract and payment arrangements
Contracts and payments are with Asia Isum Limited, Hong Kong. The written quote and contract confirm the vehicles, quantity, price, FOB or FCA term, named handover point, included costs and payment arrangements.
- 05
Export customs and documents
Our export partner handles all China export customs clearance. We operate on a strictly "one car, one export certificate" basis to ensure your import process is traceable.
- 06
Arrange shipment and handover
Confirm the shipping method, loading plan, route and estimated schedule. The main loading port is Nansha Port, Guangzhou. Container or RoRo options depend on the proposed shipment arrangements.
02 / Trading terms
Confirm the scope of your quote
We quote FOB or FCA as agreed for each order. Your written quote should identify the applicable term, named port or place, included services, excluded costs and handover responsibilities. Ask for clarification if any line is unclear before signing.
Freight, insurance, destination handling, duties, taxes and other charges need to be checked against the actual quote and contract. The website does not establish a fixed landed price or a universal cost boundary.
03 / Shipping schedule
Plan loading and sea transit separately
The reference schedule is loading at Nansha Port about 30 days after order confirmation, subject to the agreed vehicle and export arrangements. Sea freight time depends on your destination and the sailing schedule. Confirm the current loading estimate and transit estimate for your proposed order.
Tell us if you plan to use your own freight forwarder. We will discuss the handover and document arrangements before they are included in the quote.
04 / Documents
Documents provided
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Export License (individual certificate per vehicle)
- Bill of Lading
Original documents are sent to you via international courier (such as DHL). Standard documents include:
If your country requires import certification, tell us — our sales team will confirm a workable solution.
05 / Check the seller
Confirm who you are contracting with
Isum Car is operated by Asia Isum Limited, Hong Kong. Ask for company information and check that your written quotation, contract and payment instructions identify the agreed contracting entity. Raise any mismatch or unclear instruction with the sales team before payment.
The licensed China export partner performs the export role. Its role is separate from the Hong Kong contracting and payment entity.
06 / Destination requirements
Tell us your destination
Send us your destination and import requirements with your enquiry. We confirm the vehicle details, emission standard and documents we can supply for your market before you order.
